Advocate Efrat Troim

Member of the Israel Bar Association; holds an LLB. Degree in Law and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in economics and marketing, both from the International University of Manchester.

Advocate Efrat Troim started out as an intern at the Police Litigation system and went on to become a police officer and senior prosecutor in the Tel Aviv District Criminal Court.  As a prosecutor, Efrat was in charge of complicated and high profile cases that positioned her in the forefront of police litigation.

Efrat founded TMH & Co. Law Firm after 15 years of public service.

At the office she is a professional instructor and senior legal advisor ,a notary public, and she heads the white-collar crime department and the international department.

Advocate Efrat Troim is active in a wide range of volunteering and public projects, and is a member of the audit committee of the Noga Center for Victims of Sexual Assault.


Advocate  Naor Mor Haim

Member of the Israel Bar Association; holds an LLB. Degree in law from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

Advocate Naor began his career as an intern in the Police Litigation system, where he managed complex and unique law cases.  After qualifying as an advocate, Naor turned his attention to business and law and became CEO of international companies and a leading lawyer in his field.

Naor is a founding partner of TMH & Co. Law Firm, and he heads the International Department and the Real Estate Department.


Advocate. Vardit Dvir

Member of the Israel Bar Association; holds an LLB Degree in law from the Tel Aviv University.

Vardit Tal Dvir has extensive experience and knowledge in real estate, both in private and commercial transactions, such as representing contractors and settlement committees, local authorities, initiating and accompanying urban renewal projects, conducting legal proceedings and transactions, and managing complex registration processes at the ILA and Land Registration Bureau.

In her capacity as an attorney, Vardit managed complicated projects involving national planning processes with the planning institutions and Supreme Court and represented the Prime Minister’s Office in a unique national project.

Vardit Tal Dvir is a senior real estate lawyer, handling all aspects of this field.


Shay Waxman, Jurist and Mediator

Holds an LLB Degree in law and is a certified business mediator from the Israeli Association for Mediation and Conflict Resolution.

Shay Waxman served as an investigator, detective and chief of special police intelligence units, including the Central Traffic Division.  While serving in the police, Shay managed many and diverse stages of intelligence gathering encompassing the whole process from the management of the investigation to the management of the cases in courtrooms nationwide.

Upon retiring from the Israel Police, Shai became an independent strategic business advisor and mentor for medium-sized businesses.

He joined TMH & Co. Law Firm in 2014, where he serves as a legal intern and business mediator.
